     The Law Office of J. Carol Williams, formerly located in Hyattsville, MD, serves the legal needs of clients in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia in connection with

  • the Estates and Trusts Sections of the Maryland and D.C. Bar Associations,  the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association,
  • the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Elder Law Section of the Maryland Bar Association. 

     J. Carol Williams is on the Mediation Panel for various Maryland Circuit Courts.  She also has experience in international arbitration under the ICSID and UNCITRAL arbitration rules.
